Fees
Our fees vary depending on the service you are seeking and which therapist in our team that you see. Our standard appointment length is 50 minutes.
Individual Therapy
- Clinician – $260
- Clinical Lead – $280
Couple Therapy
- First Appointment – $385 (75 minutes)
- Subsequent Appointments – $300 (60 minutes)
After 4pm or Weekend Surcharge
- $20 additional fee
Booking Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your initial appointment. This deposit will be processed via credit card at the time of booking.
EMDR Programs
EMDR Intensive Program
- Focused EMDR Intensive – $2170
- Extended EMDR Intensive – $4030
EMDR Intensive Program with a Clinical Lead or Coordinator
- Focused EMDR Intensive – $2310
- Extended EMDR Intensive – $4290
EMDR Group Programs
- For EMDR Therapists – $599
- For Clients – $599

Rebates
If you obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or are referred by your psychiatrist you may be eligible to claim back a rebate from Medicare for each session, up to 10 sessions in a calendar year. This applies to individual counselling only, not couple therapy. Refer to the Referral Options page for more information about how to obtain a Medicare rebate.

Private Health Insurance Rebates
Some of our therapists can provide private health insurance rebates. It is best to contact your private health provider and discuss the level of cover that you have.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of your session. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit card.
We have facilities to process your Medicare rebates back into the bank account of your choice. This makes claiming very easy and means that you do not need to visit a Medicare office. Make sure you bring your Medicare and EFTPOS cards with you to your sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Two full business days notice are required for cancelled appointments, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply, which is 50% of the session fee. The full session fee (100%) will apply for non-attended appointments with no notice provided or for appointments cancelled on the same day.
