Caroline (she/her) is the Practice Director of Mindful Living and provides oversight and leadership for the practice. She is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist with 18 years of experience providing therapeutic services in a range of community, hospital, university and private settings. Caroline has a special interest in the treatment of trauma and complex PTSD in victim / survivors of crime, having worked for many years in a sexual assault counselling service. She is a leading Accredited EMDR Trainer and Consultant in Australia. In her role as the EMDR Coordinator at The Melbourne Clinic, Caroline developed the first inpatient hospital EMDR program in Victoria. Outside of work Caroline is an animal lover and enjoys rolling around with her dog, laughing and sharing meals with friends and family.
In addition to leading Mindful Living, Caroline runs a training and consultancy practice where she provides innovative EMDR training, consultation and clinical supervision services for mental health professionals across Australia and abroad.
