Claudia (she/her) is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, yoga teacher and trauma specialist; offering embodied trauma counselling and holistic recovery approaches. She practices EMDR therapy and draws from a range of mindfulness and somatic based therapy approaches.

Claudia has worked in areas such as Out of Home Care, the health sector, disability, and mental health and drug and alcohol, before moving into private practice in 2022. Claudia’s passion is supporting individuals to heal from trauma and achieve meaningful growth by learning new skills and connecting to their existing resources. Claudia brings lived experience to her clinical work, as part of the queer community. She enjoys working with sexually and gender diverse folx. She is also a late identified auDHDr and parent to auDHD child, and works from an affirming model to help neurodivergent clients embrace (rather than target) their diversity and find their unique voice through therapy.

Claudia sees clients on Thursdays and Fridays by telehealth.
