Justine (she/her) is a registered psychologist and EMDR therapist. She is caring, compassionate and highly skilled in supporting people to overcome the impacts of trauma. She believes that connection and a genuine therapeutic relationship is the key to change. She instils the belief in her clients that change is possible for everyone with the right strategies and guidance.
Justine has always been drawn to supporting people and inspires her clients to live as their best possible self. She creates a safe environment in which she adapts her approach to meet the needs of each individual client. She works collaboratively with her clients, taking into consideration their unique beliefs, attitudes, insights, goals, and their cognitive and developmental stage. Justine also has experience in play therapy, particularly with younger children and sees many of our primary school age clients.
Justine brings a wealth of clinical experience in the community sector with children, youth and families. Justine provides counselling and EMDR Therapy for children, adolescents, adults and parents / carers who are experiencing a diverse range of presenting concerns. These include complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, parenting and family conflict.
Outside of work Justine is passionate about spending time exploring the great outdoors with her friends and family which is her form of self-care.

Justine sees clients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
