Sara Moshenrose
Clinical Psychologist

Sara (she/her) is an AHPRA registered Clinical Psychologist, Accredited EMDR Practitioner, and EMDR Consultant in Training with over 12 years of experience. She has a passion for offering experiences of transformative healing and change. She believes that all human beings have the innate ability to heal and live lives of deeper fulfillment and meaning. She takes a person-centred, holistic approach and has devoted much of her professional career to the delivery and application of Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness-Centred Somatic Psychotherapy (Hakomi).

Alongside EMDR and Hakomi, she integrates other therapies including Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS), Parts Work, Interpersonal Neurobiology (Mindsight Institute), and Integrative Treatment for Attachment Trauma. Clients and colleagues have described her approach as intuitive, compassionate, and empowering – with a little dash of humour.

Sara was one of the developers of the Mindful Living EMDR Intensive Programme and loves working with clients in this way. Personally, she is interested in creativity, innovation, personal development, and spirituality.

Sara currently has availability from June 2024 onwards for new clients who are interested in either one-week or two-week Intensive Programmes. Contact Mindful Living Admin if you are interested in booking an intensive with Sara.
