Sara Moshenrose

Principal Clinician

Sara Moshenrose is in the senior leadership team at Mindful Living in the role of Principal Clinician. She is an AHPRA registered Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience offering evidence-based therapies in university, community, and private settings. Sara is an experienced EMDR practitioner and has been integrating this transformative therapy into her work for over seven years. She has special interests and expertise in PTSD, Complex PTSD, Dissociative Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Traumatic Grief, and helping clients understand and heal from shame and abuse. Sara takes a person-centred, holistic approach within her work and is also trained in a number of additional therapies including: Mindfulness-Centred Somatic Psychotherapy (Hakomi), Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS), Interpersonal Neurobiology, Integrative Treatment for Attachment Trauma, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Sara grew up in the USA, lived many years in New Zealand, and has now made Melbourne her new home. She enjoys exploring new places, meditation, art, yoga, and taking in the gems that life has to offer.

  • Full Member with Australian Psychological Society (APS)
  • Member of the EMDR Association of New Zealand (EMDRNZ)

Sara sees clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, including after-hours.
